Come & Sing with the ISS
We're excited to announce the next in our popular series of "Come & Sing!" events and this one is a special edition!

During Holy Week 2020, The International Staff Songsters will be touring the US and Canada. The Metropolitan Division is lucky enough to have them within our division for 3 days. During this time they will be presenting various concerts throughout the Chicagoland area, including a joint concert with The Chicago Staff Band.

On Monday, April 6, 2020, the ISS will join us for a very special "Come & Sing!". During this installment of this popular event, all of the local corps songster brigades will be gathering together at the Oakbrook Terrace Corps at 7:00pm for us to spend some wonderful time of fellowship and music-making.

Like all "Come & Sing!" events, this will be open to all singers, Salvationist or non-Salvationist, uniform wearing or non-uniform wearing, experienced singer or new musician, young or old!
Participating songster brigades will have the chance to perform for the gathered group before we all join together for some massed singing under International Staff Songster Leader Dorothy Nancekievill.

Some of the music enjoyed on this evening will also be used as music for a massed Songster number during this year's Music Congress held in Milwaukee, WI on June 12-14, 2020.

Be sure not to miss this exciting chance to sing with one of The Salvation Army's top choirs in their 40th anniversary season as well as celebrating choral music with other singers in the Chicagoland area!
